The Event Music Company is happy to invite you along to their next Live Music Showcase Evening at Rudding Park on 9th May. The evening will feature the stunning Trio Vivo and the amazing Chris Hilton's Little Big Band.
Trio Vivo is a unique blend of a string quartet and a jazz band. Bringing together the best of these styles means it's just as able to move you to tears with renditions of beautiful classical music, such as Pachelbel's Canon, Ave Maria or O Mio Babbino Caro. On the other hand, during a drinks reception, you might easily find yourself singing along with It Had to Be You (Harry Connick Jnr), I'm Yours (Jason Mraz), Your Song (Elton John) or even Poker Face (Lady Gaga!)
On the face of it, Chris Hilton's Little Big Band is a 'swing band'. But it's not! Seamlessly blending the greatest hits from the 50's onwards with the best of today's great tunes; in just one set you're as likely to hear Sinatra, Dean Martin or Ray Charles as you are Van Morrison, Stevie Wonder, Mark Ronson, Paolo Nutini, Cee Lo Green or Plan B.
All-in-all, you'll be treated to an amazing show of exciting, energetic musical entertainment. One great song after another…
