Networking Fun With A Cluedo Theme..... So Just Who Dunnit?

As you probably already know, we tend to have a theme (albeit slightly madcap usually!) for each of our networking sessions. It makes them fun and much more relaxed than your average networking event. To be fair, since when have we accepted average for anything?!

So this brings me to our most recent session, where we had some exciting news to announce. For those who still don't know (where have you been?), we are delighted to announce that we have been invited by Ripon Cathedral to organise their wedding show for January 2013, in collaboration with the Ripon Cathedral Development Campaign (RCDC).

With this in mind, we chose to have our networking event in this truly stunning building - in the Library in fact. And that's exactly where the Cluedo theme came from... Who Dunnit in the Library?

It started with a body being found most cruelly murdered, with a dagger in it's neck..... as the body had to be removed (for Health and Safety reasons, you understand!) the attendees were all sent a picture prior to arrival.........

So the question is, Who Dunnit in The Library, at Ripon Cathedral?

Here's some fabulous pictures taken by the lovely Miss Scarlett aka Nicky Chadwick... (www.nickychadwickphotography.co.uk)

Loving the Dr Black character Lee (the original murder victim!)

Colonel Mustard working the crowd!
In keeping with the theme we had our very own Mrs Peacock, the fabulous Liz from Scandalous Affairs, assisting with the murder investigation and helping our intrepid detectives solve the murder. Liz and her team of actors can be hired to provide some of the best murder mystery entertainment around and they're guaranteed to keep you guessing right to the end as they are very talented! www.scandalousaffairs.co.uk.  I'll be bringing you more details of them soon...

The lovely Julie from Photobooth4You  (www.photobooth4you.co.uk) very kindly brought along her fabulous booth with plenty of props for us to whittle down who actually did it.... in all honesty, looking at a selection of the pictures from the night, everyone should have been arrested!!!

See what I mean? Bang to rights - all of them. A very shady bunch indeed!!

Thank you to all at Ripon Cathedral for being such good sports on the night. And despite all the fun and frivolity, the murder was thankfully solved...

It was Reverend Green of course!!!! Well done to those who guessed correctly.

If anybody is interested in exhibiting at this fabulous venue on the 26th January 2013, then please email enquiries@theweddingaffair.co.uk to register your interest. Spaces are filling fast, and unfortunately we are at full capacity for photographers.
