I'm from a military family myself (as is Lisa) and so there seemed to be no other option as a theme for a shoot at The Hawkhills, a fabulous venue owned by the Cabinet Office, and let's be honest, isn't the sight of a man in uniform just so romantic?

Anyone who knows us is aware that we don't rest on our laurels when it comes to photoshoots - and our props keep getting bigger! Enter stage right for the fabulous Tucano plane which you will see in a number of the shots. Huge thanks to Flt Lt D M Williams & SWO F Dawson of RAF Linton on Ouse for allowing us access to the base - we certainly attracted plenty of attention!
I have to confess that I never anticipated the images would be just so stunning, despite pulling together some of the best suppliers in the business. But WOW - I clearly had nothing to worry about. I've already worked my way through the file four times this morning, wondering how on earth we choose only a selection for the blog...
